About the Artist Curriculum Vitae
A native of Vancouver, BC, Casey holds a Bachelor of Fine Art (Honours) from Queen's University, and a Bachelor of Education from the University of British Columbia. She currently works as an elementary school art teacher sharing her passion for art with the next generation, and painting in her parents' garage whenever she can find the time.
Casey's work is heavily influenced by the coastal landscape of British Columbia and she has always been fascinated by the way in which water distorts and reflects light and colour. Her work is fresh air, sunlight, and memories.
